Peppapete is a reference for 50 commonly discussed peptides, with a reconstitution calculator and a place for members to share their own experience.

Who writes it

The chart is compiled by the site’s editors from the sources described below. It has not been reviewed by a doctor or pharmacist, and nothing on the site is medical advice. Read the disclaimer before relying on anything here.

How each entry is labelled

Every peptide carries one of four labels, so settled dosing is never mixed up with guesswork:

• FDA-approved (11 entries): the dose shown is from the US prescribing information, for the approved use only.
• Approved outside US (7): approved by a regulator in another country. The FDA has not evaluated it.
• Clinical trials (8): the dose shown is one used in published human trials. It is not an approved dose.
• Not approved (24): the range shown is reported from small studies or community use. It has not been established as safe or effective in humans.

How the doses are checked

Doses for the FDA-approved entries were compared with their US prescribing information in October 2026, and where we have a link to that source it is shown on the peptide’s page as “Dose source”. Labels change, so always confirm against the current one.

Entries that are not FDA-approved have no authoritative dose to check against. We describe what trials used or what users commonly report, and say so in the notes.

The numbers in the chart

“Daily equivalent” spreads a weekly or occasional dose across seven days so entries can be compared. It is not a suggestion to dose daily. The calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter and does not judge whether a dose is appropriate.
