Peptide stacks and blends

What each named combination contains, how the pre-mixed vials are usually made up, and what evidence exists for the combination itself.

Read this first. A stack is two or more peptides taken together. With one exception on this page, none of these combinations has been tested together in a human trial. Combining peptides that each look promising does not show the combination is safe or works better, and every component adds its own unknowns.

Vial amounts are the most common composition on the market in October 2026. Sellers differ, so go by the label on your own vial. “Promoted for” reports how a stack is marketed and talked about; it is not a statement that it works.
