“Daily equivalent” spreads weekly or intermittent doses evenly across seven days so entries can be compared; it is not a suggestion to dose daily. Vial sizes pre-filled in the calculator are common examples. Always enter the amount printed on your own vial. Doses for the FDA-approved entries were checked against US prescribing information in October 2026. Labels change, so confirm against the current one.
Reference only, not medical advice. Doses marked FDA-approved come from the US prescribing label. Doses marked Not approved are ranges reported from small studies or community use and have not been established as safe or effective in humans.
