Doses reported online
No dose has been established for this combination, because it has never been through a human trial. The figures below are what named websites publish, collected in October 2026. Several of those sites sell peptides or earn commission from sellers. We report them so you can see what is being said and where it comes from. This is not a recommendation.
The two sources we read assume the same vial and the same water, yet their daily doses differ by about ten times. That gap is a measure of how little these figures rest on.
| Based on | 80 mg vial (GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, KPV 10 mg) mixed with 3 mL of water. |
|---|---|
| Each dose | Weeks 1–2: 7.5 units (GHK-Cu 1.25 mg, 250 mcg of each of the others). Weeks 3–4: 15 units (2.5 mg, 500 mcg each). Weeks 5–8: 22.5 units (3.75 mg, 750 mcg each). |
| How often | Once a day, under the skin. |
| Weekly total | GHK-Cu about 8.75–26 mg. Each of the others about 1.75–5.25 mg. |
| Length | 4–6 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off; up to 8–12 weeks on with 4 weeks off. |
| Based on | 80 mg vial mixed with 3–4 mL of water. |
|---|---|
| Each dose | 200–500 mcg of blend in total. At 500 mcg: GHK-Cu 312 mcg and 62 mcg of each of the others. |
| How often | Once a day, under the skin. |
| Weekly total | 1.4–3.5 mg of blend in total. |
| Length | 4–6 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off. |
Weekly totals are our arithmetic from each source’s own figures. Syringe units only hold for the vial and water that source assumes.
What it is promoted for
The GLOW blend with KPV added for inflammation. This is how the stack is marketed and discussed, not a finding.
What the evidence shows
We found no published study of this four-peptide combination. KPV, the added component, has no human data by any route: the FDA found none, and the evidence for it comes from cell and mouse studies. The other three carry the same limits as in GLOW.
Cautions
- A blended vial fixes the ratio. You cannot raise or lower one component without changing all of them.
- Whether these peptides stay stable when mixed in one vial has not been established.
- Blends are sold as research chemicals with no regulation of identity, purity or the amount of each component. Compositions differ between sellers, so check the label on your own vial.
- Four active components in one vial means four sets of unknowns, and no way to tell which one caused an effect or a reaction.
Blend calculator
One draw from a blended vial contains every component. Choose the dose of one, and this shows how many units to draw and what comes with it. Change the vial amounts to match your own label.
| In that draw | Amount | Chart’s typical single-peptide dose |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 1 mg | 1–2 mg |
| BPC-157 | 200 mcg | 250–500 mcg |
| TB-500 | 200 mcg | 2–5 mg per week |
| KPV | 200 mcg | 200–500 mcg |
