These are nasal drops, not injections, and are taken in short courses. The second source gives a wider range per dose than the first.

What the evidence shows

We found no published trial of the two used together. Each is approved in Russia on its own, for different uses, and neither has been evaluated by the FDA.

Both are nasal products dosed in drops or sprays, so the reconstitution calculator does not apply.
Product sold outside Russia is unregulated, and its strength per spray varies.
