Wolverine stack
BPC-157 + TB-500
What is in it
Usually sold pre-mixed in one vial holding 20 mg in total. The most common make-up is:
| Component | In the vial | Taken alone: typical dose | How often | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 250–500 mcg | Daily | Not approved |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 2–5 mg per week | Twice weekly | Not approved |
Doses reported online
No dose has been established for this combination, because it has never been through a human trial. The figures below are what named websites publish, collected in October 2026. Several of those sites sell peptides or earn commission from sellers. We report them so you can see what is being said and where it comes from. This is not a recommendation.
The two sources we read agree closely, and both dose the peptides separately, not from a blended vial. A blended vial cannot follow these schedules, because one draw always gives both peptides in the same ratio.
| Each dose | BPC-157 250–500 mcg. TB-500 2–5 mg while loading, then 2 mg. |
|---|---|
| How often | BPC-157 every day. TB-500 twice a week for the first 4–6 weeks, then once a week. |
| Weekly total | BPC-157 1.75–3.5 mg. TB-500 4–10 mg while loading, then 2 mg. |
| Length | 8–12 weeks; some run 6 weeks with breaks. |
| Each dose | BPC-157 250–500 mcg, falling to 250 mcg. TB-500 2.5–5 mg, falling to 2 mg. |
|---|---|
| How often | BPC-157 every day. TB-500 twice a week. |
| Weekly total | BPC-157 1.75–3.5 mg. TB-500 5–10 mg for weeks 1–4, then 4 mg. |
| Length | 4 weeks of loading, then maintenance from week 5. |
Weekly totals are our arithmetic from each source’s own figures. Syringe units only hold for the vial and water that source assumes.
What it is promoted for
Injury recovery and tissue repair. This is how the stack is marketed and discussed, not a finding.
What the evidence shows
We found no published human trial of BPC-157 and TB-500 used together. The case for the pairing rests on separate animal studies of each. On their own, BPC-157 has only a handful of small human studies and TB-500 has none: the FDA found no human studies of the TB-500 fragment at all.
Cautions
- A blended vial fixes the ratio. You cannot raise or lower one component without changing all of them.
- Whether these peptides stay stable when mixed in one vial has not been established.
- Blends are sold as research chemicals with no regulation of identity, purity or the amount of each component. Compositions differ between sellers, so check the label on your own vial.
- In July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend allowing pharmacies to compound both peptides, against the proposal of the FDA’s own reviewers. The FDA had not acted on that vote as of October 2026, so neither is approved or cleared for compounding.
- Both are prohibited in sport under the WADA rules on non-approved substances.
Blend calculator
One draw from a blended vial contains every component. Choose the dose of one, and this shows how many units to draw and what comes with it. Change the vial amounts to match your own label.
| In that draw | Amount | Chart’s typical single-peptide dose |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 250 mcg | 250–500 mcg |
| TB-500 | 250 mcg | 2–5 mg per week |
The right-hand column is each peptide’s range from the dosing chart when taken alone. It is there for comparison only: no dose has been established for these peptides in combination.
