CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
the growth hormone blend
What is in it
Usually sold pre-mixed in one vial holding 10 mg in total. The most common make-up is:
| Component | In the vial | Taken alone: typical dose | How often | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 (no DAC) | 5 mg | 100 mcg | Daily, 1–3 times | Not approved |
| Ipamorelin | 5 mg | 100–300 mcg | Daily, 1–3 times | Not approved |
Doses reported online
No dose has been established for this combination, because it has never been through a human trial. The figures below are what named websites publish, collected in October 2026. Several of those sites sell peptides or earn commission from sellers. We report them so you can see what is being said and where it comes from. This is not a recommendation.
Both sources land on 100–300 mcg of each peptide before bed on an empty stomach. One of them contradicts itself elsewhere on the same page, giving 250–500 mcg once or twice a day.
| Based on | 20 mg vial (10 mg of each) mixed with 3 mL of water. A 5 mg + 5 mg vial needs a different draw, so use the calculator below. |
|---|---|
| Each dose | Weeks 1–2: 100 mcg of each. Weeks 3–4: 150 mcg. Weeks 5–8: 200 mcg. Weeks 9–12: 200–300 mcg. |
| How often | Once a day, 7 days a week, before bed and 2–3 hours after the last meal. |
| Weekly total | 0.7–2.1 mg of each. |
| Length | 8–12 weeks on, 4 weeks off. |
| Based on | 10 mg vial (5 mg of each) mixed with 2 mL of water: 10 units holds 250 mcg of each. |
|---|---|
| Each dose | 100–300 mcg of each. The same page also says 250–500 mcg of each. |
| How often | Most often once at bedtime; the page also mentions 2–3 injections a day. |
| Weekly total | 0.7–2.1 mg of each at one injection a day. |
| Length | 8–12 weeks. |
Weekly totals are our arithmetic from each source’s own figures. Syringe units only hold for the vial and water that source assumes.
What it is promoted for
Raising growth hormone release, for body composition, sleep and recovery. This is how the stack is marketed and discussed, not a finding.
What the evidence shows
We found no published human trial of the two together. The pairing is based on their acting on two different growth hormone pathways, which is a rationale, not a result. CJC-1295 without DAC has no peer-reviewed human studies; ipamorelin has small trials that measured hormone levels and one for bowel recovery after surgery that found no benefit.
Cautions
- A blended vial fixes the ratio. You cannot raise or lower one component without changing all of them.
- Whether these peptides stay stable when mixed in one vial has not been established.
- Blends are sold as research chemicals with no regulation of identity, purity or the amount of each component. Compositions differ between sellers, so check the label on your own vial.
- Blends sold under this name may contain CJC-1295 with DAC or without it. They are different molecules with very different durations of action, so check which one a vial contains.
- Both are prohibited in sport.
Blend calculator
One draw from a blended vial contains every component. Choose the dose of one, and this shows how many units to draw and what comes with it. Change the vial amounts to match your own label.
| In that draw | Amount | Chart’s typical single-peptide dose |
|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 (no DAC) | 100 mcg | 100 mcg |
| Ipamorelin | 100 mcg | 100–300 mcg |
