GLOW
GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500
What is in it
Usually sold pre-mixed in one vial holding 70 mg in total. The most common make-up is:
| Component | In the vial | Taken alone: typical dose | How often | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 1–2 mg | Daily | Not approved |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 250–500 mcg | Daily | Not approved |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 2–5 mg per week | Twice weekly | Not approved |
Doses reported online
No dose has been established for this combination, because it has never been through a human trial. The figures below are what named websites publish, collected in October 2026. Several of those sites sell peptides or earn commission from sellers. We report them so you can see what is being said and where it comes from. This is not a recommendation.
We found one source that gives a dose for the blended vial. Two others we read, one of them physician-reviewed, decline to give any dose and say none has been determined. The one source notes that its draw gives far less TB-500 than is used when TB-500 is taken alone.
| Based on | 70 mg vial (GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg) mixed with 3 mL of water. |
|---|---|
| Each dose | 10 units (0.10 mL), about 2.33 mg of blend: GHK-Cu 1.67 mg, BPC-157 0.33 mg, TB-500 0.33 mg. |
| How often | Once a day, under the skin. |
| Weekly total | GHK-Cu about 11.7 mg, BPC-157 and TB-500 about 2.3 mg each. |
| Length | 4–6 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off. Longer runs of 8–12 weeks are described with 4–8 weeks off. |
Weekly totals are our arithmetic from each source’s own figures. Syringe units only hold for the vial and water that source assumes.
What it is promoted for
Skin appearance, with the recovery claims of the Wolverine stack added. This is how the stack is marketed and discussed, not a finding.
What the evidence shows
We found no published study, in humans or animals, of these three peptides together. GHK-Cu’s human evidence is for creams applied to the skin, not injection. BPC-157 and TB-500 carry the same limits as in the Wolverine stack.
Cautions
- A blended vial fixes the ratio. You cannot raise or lower one component without changing all of them.
- Whether these peptides stay stable when mixed in one vial has not been established.
- Blends are sold as research chemicals with no regulation of identity, purity or the amount of each component. Compositions differ between sellers, so check the label on your own vial.
- GHK-Cu makes up most of the vial by weight, so a draw sized for the other two components carries a comparatively large amount of it.
Blend calculator
One draw from a blended vial contains every component. Choose the dose of one, and this shows how many units to draw and what comes with it. Change the vial amounts to match your own label.
| In that draw | Amount | Chart’s typical single-peptide dose |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 1 mg | 1–2 mg |
| BPC-157 | 200 mcg | 250–500 mcg |
| TB-500 | 200 mcg | 2–5 mg per week |
